iDay in San Francisco

It was pretty lively when I visited the Apple store in downtown San Francisco yesterday and made a video post, where I avoided scary clowns and wished for puppies. (The Huffington Post also posted it here.)

But, after a visit to Palo Alto today, I had had it with the iFrenzy (and also had to feed my two iKids at 6 p.m. when the iPhone went on sale).

So I sent the very able AllThingsD.com’s Associate Editor John Sullivan downtown to chronicle the event in San Francisco for Web posterity.

And he totally chatted with those scary clowns–a much braver reporter than I.
