Trust Me, You'll Be Calling It 'iBrokeIt' After the Next Software Update

Wonder if Apple will rethink the “neutral stance” it’s taken toward third-party iPhone applications in light of the release of iUnlock, a freeware application that enables Apple’s iPhone to be used with other carriers than AT&T. Developed by the folks at iPhone Dev, the application is reportedly 100% restore-resistant, although there’s no guarantee that it won’t brick the iPhones it’s installed on when Apple issues its next iPhone software update.
