Dell: I will never buy another dell laptop or computer. I purchased many laptops and desktops for family and friends. One of the laptops had a know defect with the motherboard when I asked for a credit toward the purchase for a new laptop to replace the one that dell lost the court case on they denied giving me a credit. If this is the way you treats long time good customer then they can keep their product. Buy from another company I’m going to and I will also tell all my friends the same. Dell had a good name for good customer service now they don’t care about their product or their customers.
