Kara Visits Google's I/O: The Attack of the Android Phones and Geek Social Dudes Too!

Here’s a video I did yesterday at the Google I/O developers conference in San Francisco.

I was there on the second day of the annual event to moderate a panel titled, “Where Is the Social Web Going Next,” with panelists from MySpace, LinkedIn, Microsoft (MSFT), Yahoo (YHOO), Twitter and, natch, Google (GOOG).

Essentially and as usual, as was the case at Twitter’s Chirp conference recently, it was me smacking around a bunch of geek dudes at a festival of geek dudes for the enjoyment of geek dudes.

This is BoomTown’s chosen snarky path!

We talked a lot about privacy–the big hot-button issue, of course, which is why we really should have had a Facebook geek dude on the panel too–in social networking, mobile and devices.
