Apple’s iPhone 4 Solution: Free Cases For Everyone!
Steve Jobs says the iPhone 4 really doesn’t have a reception problem, and the Apple CEO used his press conference to make his case. His solution is that every iPhone 4 customer will get a free case, with a refund for those customers who’ve already purchased them. Beyond that, if you’re still unhappy with your iPhone 4, there’s always the buyer’s remorse program. They’ll even waive the restocking fee.
