Apple Crowned "Miss Software Insecurity 2010"
According to a report issued by security firm Secunia, Apple has had more software security flaws than any other vendor in 2010 — not the least of which is a newly discovered, and very nasty, browser vulnerability with the autofill function in Safari. The Safari issue was reported yesterday by WhiteHat Security CTO Jeremiah Grossman, who says that it’s a common point of weakness across all four major browsers.
