Latest AT&T Technical Embarrassment Should End in a Few Weeks
Good news for AT&T subscribers who suffered a precipitous drop in data upload speeds on their iPhones earlier this month: The company has a fix in hand for the “software defect” that caused it. It will be deploying it on a phased basis over the next few weeks and hopes to have full upload speeds restored to the less than two percent of subscribers it claims were affected by the flaw.
