The way that Google’s Gmail collects related messages into a single conversation is a feature valued by many users–but not all. Now, after years of lobbying, the folks who prefer to see an unthreaded string of replies in their in-box are getting their wish. Over the next few days, Gmail will be updated with an option to turn off the conversation view.
