Look at All the Companies Who Aren't Buying a Piece of Skype

That Skype IPO is still on, but has been pushed back to 2011, people who know about such things tell Reuters. That news won’t quiet murmurs that Skype’s current owners intend to sell off the whole thing to a single buyer. But for the record, off-the-record sources say that just about everyone has talked to Skype about a “pre-IPO stake or investment” but passed because of price and/or other reasons. A partial list of non-investors, per Reuters: Yahoo, Microsoft, Google, Apple, Verizon, AT&T, Cisco and Comcast.
