Following up the mobile sneak peek it offered during the launch of Google Instant for the desktop, Google today announced the beta version of the utility for iOS 4 and Android 2.2. Like its desktop counterpart, it offers predictions and search results as the user types search terms, but given the keyboard limitations and load times on mobile devices, it promises to be exponentially more useful.
