Conduit Buys Wibiya for $45M

Branded toolbar distributor Conduit will pay $45 million to acquire Wibiya, which offers tools to make sites more social and interactive, it announced today. Talks of the acquisition, which is a rather natural fit, had been confirmed back in April.
