Google Chairman Eric Schmidt won’t say. But during an interview at D9 Tuesday evening, he suggested that he wouldn’t be surprised if they were to be one.
“We should expect to be constantly talked to, questioned about and regulated not just in the U.S., but all around the world because of what we do with information,” Schmidt said. “Information is powerful….Really, we expect a constant review of our acquisitions and policies.”
