iSpaceship: Steve Jobs Pitches Apple’s New HQ
When’s the last time Steve Jobs oversaw two product launches on consecutive days? Here he is, the day after his WWDC appearance, telling the Cupertino City Council about his next project: A new Apple campus, with a circular building big enough to hold 12,000 people, which he wants up and running by 2015. “It’s a pretty amazing building…it’s a little like a spaceship landed.”
The presentation isn’t quite as flashy as the one Jobs oversaw on Monday, but the audience is equally rapt. Well worth the 21 minutes.
