HTC Promises “Major News Announcement” on Thursday
Taiwanese cell phone maker HTC has said it has some big news to announce on Thursday, scheduling a morning news conference with CEO Peter Chou.
The conference call with reporters is slated for 8:30 a.m. PT.
Among the only hints in the terse announcement was the fact that the news is being made in Los Angeles, Calif.
