SAP AG said a now-shuttered subsidiary will plead guilty to settle criminal charges that it illegally downloaded copyrighted material from Oracle Corp.
Charges brought by federal prosecutors against SAP’s former TomorrowNow Inc. unit mirror allegations in a long-running civil case between Oracle and SAP, which are bitter rivals in the software market.
