Why No Yahoo Could Run Yahoo

She never had a chance.

The odds were against newly deposed Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz from the very day she joined in January 2009.

In fact, this company’s dismal fate was sealed back in February 2008 when the Yahoo board (the same one that hired and fired Bartz) stupidly turned down Microsoft’s $45+ billion acquisition offer.
