All three U.S. iPhone carriers have exhausted their supplies of iPhone 4Ss set aside for delivery tomorrow. Verizon and Sprint are sold out of the 16GB models, AT&T has extended its shipping time to 3-4 weeks and at Apple’s online store shipping times for all three carriers are currently listed at one to two weeks for all three 4S models.
