Design Site Fab.com Adds Two C-Level Execs

Fab.com, the flash sales site dedicated to contemporary design, has appointed two new executives: Beth Ferreira as COO, and David Lapter as CFO. Ferreira was most recently a consultant to start-ups; before that, she was VP of operations and finance at Etsy. Lapter was most recently with KIT Digital, which acquired his previous company, KickApps.
