Yahoo, Microsoft, AOL Formally Announce Ad Pact

Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL have formally announced the joint ad-selling pact they first began pitching six weeks ago. The non-exclusive deal allows each company to sell the others’ “premium non-reserved online display inventory”, and is meant to combat both Google as well as ad networks that currently resell some of the trios’ ads.
