Klip Raises a Quick $8M for Social Mobile Video
A few companies are jumping wholeheartedly into mobile social video, in case people end up wanting a separate social network for their phone clips and a winner takes them all. To wit: Klip has now raised a relatively massive $8 million led by Benchmark Capital, only two months after it launched, and seven months after it was founded. That’s in part because founder Alain Rossmann is well-known for creating WAP and founding companies like Openwave.
