I so hate  these copied story stems. They’re nothing but advertisement for WSJ, thinly veiled and heralded as a full story by ATD.

Please stop.  At least read the story yourself and provide a summary for your readers.
Not….get the rest of the story by paying a subscription to another media outlet! If i had wanted to do that i would have done that!

As I’m quite certain I’m not the first to complain about this, this is just a reminder that doing this make certain readers loathe your format…not that ATD gives a hoot. I’m just saying.

About Voices

Along with original content and posts from across the Dow Jones network, this section of AllThingsD includes Must-Reads From Other Web Sites — pieces we’ve read, discussions we’ve followed, stuff we like. Six posts from external sites are included here each weekday, but we only run the headlines. We link to the original sites for the rest. These posts are explicitly labeled, so it’s clear that the content comes from other Web sites, and for clarity’s sake, all outside posts run against a pink background.

We also solicit original full-length posts and accept some unsolicited submissions.
