Expedia’s Corporate Division Travels Abroad With Purchase of VIA

Bellevue, Wash.-based Expedia continues to expand internationally, this time acquiring VIA Travel, one of the largest travel management companies in the Nordic countries. The company will join Expedia’s Egencia division, which helps companies of all sizes book business trips. Terms were not disclosed.
