Of course, if you’re going to see one teen cult-movie classic, you’re obviously going to be forced to see another one — or at least the trailer for it.

Hence, what could go better with the kids-fight-to-the-death match of “The Hunger Games” than a spanking-new vampire — Bella finally is one, in the second part of “Twilight: Breaking Dawn” — who hunts deer for their blood in a very lovely blue frock?
