With SOPA and PIPA out of the picture, it seemed like digital privacy was less threatened by cybersecurity interests. Then along came the new bill on the block, CISPA. The Cyber Information and Security Protection Act passed the House Thursday and has some far-reaching implications, as well as some interesting supporters.
