RockYou Acquires Social Game Company’s Sweepstakes Platform
Social game maker RockYou has acquired Philadelphia-based Ryzing, creators of Bingo by Ryzing on Facebook. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. RockYou said it was interested in the company for its gaming platform, which allows players a chance to win prizes through sweepstakes drawings. Bingo by Ryzing draws more than 75,000 daily active users.
