MobiTV Withdraws IPO Filing

MobiTV Inc. has withdrawn its plans for an initial public offering, citing unfavorable market conditions.

The mobile-television provider unveiled plans last August to raise up to $75 million to fund working capital needs. In a filing at the time, it said it intended to use the funds to expand internationally and acquire or invest in complementary businesses or products.
