Leap Wireless International Inc.’s Chief Operating Officer Raymond Roman stepped down, effective immediately, after joining the company in February 2011.
The pay-as-you-go wireless carrier disclosed the departure in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monday. Additional information wasn’t immediately available.
