Pebble Smartwatch Launch Delayed
The creators of the Pebble Smartwatch revealed that it will miss its original launch date of September. The team did not set a new target, but noted on its Kickstarter page that “our current schedule has us on track to go from manufacturing zero to 15,000 Pebbles per week as soon as possible.” The Pebble Smartwatch features an e-ink screen and displays information from iPhone and Android smartphones. The project raised $10 million in pledges, breaking a funding record for Kickstarter.
