TicketFly Raises $22 Million in Series C Round

Social ticketing platform TicketFly announced Wednesday the closing of a $22 million Series C investment round led by SAP Ventures, with participation from Northgate Capital, Cross Creek Capital and Mohr Davidow Ventures. The company has raised a total of $37 million in venture funds since being founded in 2008, and plans to use the capital injection to expand to additional geographic markets.
