Brightcove Picks Up Zencoder for $30 Million
Brightcove reported decent second-quarter earnings Thursday and along with them news of a big acquisition. The online video firm is acquiring Zencoder, a cloud-based video encoding outfit incubated by Y Combinator. Price: $30 million.
