Google Inc.’s Motorola Mobility unit said Friday it has filed a new claim with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that rival Apple Inc. has infringed seven of its patents.
The patents relate to Apple devices including the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, Motorola says. Motorola is seeking a ban on the import of those products made overseas.
