NEC: Psst. Wanna Buy 281 Million Lenovo Shares?

NEC is preparing to unload its entire stake in Lenovo. The PC maker this week waived a restriction that prohibited NEC from selling the 281.1 million Lenovo shares it currently owns, setting the stage for the transaction. NEC is reportedly asking $235 million for the shares and has hired Credit Suisse to help it peddle them.
