Google’s glasses are escaping from the laboratory. But they aren’t ready for the real world yet.
I had the opportunity to test-drive the eyewear on Monday with Google Inc. co-founder Sergey Brin at the company’s New York office. The glasses are one of the projects Mr. Brin is overseeing as the head of Google X, a research lab for the Internet search giant.
