AOL Names Karen Dykstra as New CFO, Adds PepsiCo VP to Board
AOL on Wednesday appointed Karen Dykstra as chief financial officer, moving her over from the board member position she held since 2009. Dykstra fills the seat left by Artie Minson, who shifted to COO three months ago. Dykstra held previous CFO positions at Plainfield Asset Management and Automatic Data Processing. Also of note: PepsiCo executive VP and CFO Hugh Johnston has been added to AOL’s board.
