Former CMO Spillman Departs Yahoo
According to sources close to the situation, former Yahoo marketing head Mollie Spillman will be leaving the company. The move is not unexpected, especially after new CEO Marissa Mayer suddenly replaced her with former Lockerz CEO Kathy Savitt in late August. Mayer has already moved aside several key execs since her arrival in July, and more changes in the top ranks are coming as she preps a new strategic direction for the Silicon Valley Internet giant.
