IBM Acquires England’s Butterfly Software

IBM said today it will acquire Butterfly Software, a small software company based in Maidenhead, England, that specializes in storage and data migration. Butterfly will be integrated into IBM’s Software Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. It is IBM’s seventh acquisition this year.
