Samsung Pencils In October 24 for Another Pen-Based Mobile Launch

It appears Samsung has another stylus-based product up its sleeve.

The Korean electronics giant has sent out an invite for an Oct. 24 event in New York. Though it is short on details, the invite does have an image of a digital pen, suggesting the product could be another in the Galaxy Note lineup.

Samsung already has its five-inch Galaxy Note and its 10-inch Galaxy Note tablet, along with non-pen devices in seemingly every screen size from three inches to 10 inches.

The Galaxy Note II, the sequel to last year’s “phablet,” was introduced in August and is slated to hit all the major US carriers.
