Good Luck Finding a Kindle Paperwhite

Amazon’s new Kindle Paperwhite has been shipping for just three days and already demand for the well-reviewed e-reader has exceeded supply. On Wednesday morning, shipping estimates for the device, which had already slipped to late October for new orders, began showing a window of four to six weeks. Amazon chalked the delay up to overwhelming demand, though there are some unverified reports of supply chain issues.
