Apple Lightning Adapters Now Shipping
Three weeks after debuting the iPhone 5, the first device to feature its new, smaller Lightning connector, Apple has begun shipping the part that will allow its newest iPhone to connect with accessories made for its predecessor, which was built with a 30-pin dock connector. MacRumors reports, and AllThingsD has confirmed, that orders for Apple’s Lightning-to-30-pin adapter and cable are now being processed and shipped as the company promised during the iPhone 5 launch event.
