iPhone, iPad Ban Delayed in South Korea
Apple’s iOS devices will remain on sale in South Korea for a while longer. The Seoul Central District Court has granted Apple’s request to stay the sales ban Samsung won against the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, first-generation iPad and the iPad 2, pending appeal. As for the sales ban Apple won against Samsung’s Galaxy products under the same ruling? Bloomberg reports the company hasn’t sought a stay.
