In addition to wanting to hear about things at Nokia and Elop’s efforts to reverse sliding sales, we’re both huge hockey fans, and I had been looking to commiserate about the locked-out hockey season.

But Hurricane Sandy had other plans for us. Since Elop and I were both stuck in midtown Manhattan to ride out the storm, we decided to cover some of the same ground on video.

Elop was big on touting the imagining capabilities of the new Lumia 920, so we used it to film this video, sans tripod, and to take this fun picture of the two of us in the rain.

And, in a drier setting, we sat down to talk.
