Google Inc. co-founder Sergey Brin cast his vote Tuesday for a different kind of political approach: Going independent.
In a blog post on Election Day, the 38-year-old Silicon Valley billionaire decried the fierce partisan battles in Washington and called on Tuesday’s victors to withdraw from their political parties and to govern as independents.
