Nvidia Earnings Up 17 Percent on Strong Demand

Nvidia Corp.’s fiscal third-quarter profit rose 17 percent as the chip maker continued to benefit from strong demand for its processors across devices.

For the current quarter, the company expects revenue of $1.03 billion to $1.18 billion, short of the $1.21 billion estimate from analysts polled by Thomson Reuters.
