TaskRabbit Acquires One Jackson for Its Talent

TaskRabbit, the marketplace for personal projects and services, has acquired One Jackson for an undisclosed sum. The five-year-old company, which recently raised $13 million, emphasized hiring the kids’ clothing company’s five employees as part of the deal. Among other appointments, Anne Raimondi, co-founder and CEO of One Jackson, will become chief revenue officer; Yee Lee, co-founder and CTO of One Jackson, will be the new VP of engineering.
