Google on Friday said David Lawee, its head of corporate development for the past four years, would be replaced early next year by Don Harrison, an in-house lawyer at Google who does legal work related to the company’s acquisitions.
Mr. Lawee will “pursue other opportunities inside of Google,” a spokeswoman said, without elaborating.
