LG Asks South Korean Court to Kill Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet

LG has escalated its worsening patent dispute with Samsung, filing a request for an injunction against one of its South Korean rival’s flagship products. Accompanying it is a demand for damages of $933,000 per day for each day of Samsung’s “continued non-compliance.”
