The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit heard oral arguments today in a patent dispute involving Nintendo that could have wider implications for the technology industry.
The outcome of the case could make it easier for companies to take their patent complaints to the United States International Trade Commission, a powerful administrative body that’s become a central staging ground for the high-tech patent wars.
