AT&T Spends $780 Million to Aquire Alltel Retail Business
AT&T said on Tuesday that it plans to pay $780 million to buy Alltel’s retail customer business from Atlantic Tele-Network. The all-cash deal is still subject to regulatory approval, among other conditions.
