Small-Business Data Startup Radius Pulls in $12.4 Million
Radius, a startup that mines and aggregates data about small and medium-sized businesses for sales professionals, announced Wednesday the completion of a $12.4 million series B round of financing. American Express joined as a new investor, backed up by existing investors, including BlueRun Ventures. A spokesperson said Radius’s focus is on marketers in “business insurance, payment services, banking, credit cards [and] telecoms” who need to reach small businesses.
