Sirius Profit Rises on Subscriber Growth
Sirius XM Radio Inc.’s fourth-quarter earnings more than doubled as the satellite-radio operator benefited from continued subscriber growth and lower churn, or subscriber turnover.
For the quarter ended Dec. 31, Sirius XM reported a profit of $156.2 million, or two cents a share, up from $71.3 million, or one cent a share, a year earlier.
